Buffalo Cheese Dip

Last minute? Present! If ever you are in need of a quick and tasty dip to serve with about 20 minutes notice, this is the dip for you! It is deliciously creamy with a kick and great for anything from chips to vegetables or even as spread for a sandwich (seriously, my friend once used this on a hot dog … it was awesome)! Get your taste buds ready and enjoy!

4 Tbsp. Hot Sauce

4 Tbsp Butter

1 Tbsp of Apple Juice

1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

8 oz. Sour Cream

4 oz. Cream Cheese

Salt

Pepper

Apple Infused Buffalo Sauce

In a medium sauce pot, combine Hot Sauce, Butter, Apple Juice and Apple Cider Vinegar.  Heat until the butter is melted and the ingredients combine.

Buffalo Cheese Dip

Turn off the heat in your sauce pot, let the Buffalo Sauce cool down slightly. Add the Sour Cream, Cream Cheese, Salt and Pepper to the pot and stir together until smooth (if needed, turn the heat on just a little to help melt the ingredients together).  The dip can be served hot or cold so either serve or store in the refrigerator until cooled.
